Turn: From .125” to 18” diameter and 1” to 84” in length. Thrufeed Grinding: .250” to 3” diameter and 15” in length. Infeed/profile grinding: .250” to 3” diameter and 15” in length. Broaching: 6” in length and various depths. Machining center with 4th Axis (22” x 14”): Keyways, splines, knurls, flats,cross holes, drill and tap, etc. Turning: Journal roundness within .0005” and size within .001“ with a 1.33 CPK. Grinding: Roundness within .00002” and size whitin .0001” and CPK 1.67 or better. Other capabilities include: Hard Chrome, Induction Heat Treatment, EDM, Broaching, Form Threading, Knurling Cylindrical Grinding, Swiss Turning, Friction Welding, Etc.
